Cranab AB, which have been the owner of Bracke Forest AB since 2013, has reached an agreement with Komatsu Ltd that they will acquire Bracke Forest AB through its subsidiary in Sweden,

Komatsu Forest AB from 2022-07-01, provided that the terms of the agreement are met.

Bracke Forest will continue its operations as before under the current company name.

The management of the company will be the same with Klas-Håkan Ljungberg as CEO.

Bracke Forest maintains its dealer network, suppliers and continues the collaboration with other partners that Bracke Forest has today in e.g. Autoplant project in development and innovation.

Bracke Forest sees a great opportunity in being able to take advantage of the sales and service network that Komatsu has to be able to establish itself more quickly in markets where they not are represented today and also be able to offer better customer service in these markets.

The Bracke P12.a is intended for planting in warm, dry conditions and is suitable for plantation forestry, e.g. eucalyptus plantations. In other words, it’s perfectly suited for scarification and planting in the climate of Brazil
